In the Oldenburg region, Peter Kluin cultivates the “king of cabbages” according to traditional methods – its characteristic aroma only develops after the first frost. Lucie Fischer-Chapalain demonstrates the versatility of this green power food: she transforms the curly leaves into crispy chips, an energy-rich smoothie, and a quiche with velvety kale cream.
